Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By electing to opt-in to receive text messages as a Feedback Provider, as defined in our
Terms of Use, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from HundredX, Inc. (“we” or “HundredX”) at the telephone number that you provide. You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms of Service and also agree to our
Terms of Use and acknowledge our
Privacy Policy.
Program Description
As part of the HundredX Causes program, HundredX may deliver text messages to you when you elect to become a Feedback Provider. Text messages from HundredX are intended to provide you with information about your status as a Feedback Provider and encourage you to share feedback.
Message frequency varies. HundredX reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. HundredX also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.
Costs of Signing Up for Text Messages
We do not charge you for our text message program. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help with Text Messaging
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@hundredx.com. You may also contact us by mail at HundredX, Inc., 14841 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 900, Dallas, Texas 75254.
Opting Out of Our Text Messages
You can cancel text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number. After you send the text message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
