FAQs for Supporters

Are you supporting a cause currently?

  • What do I do after I sign up?

    After you click the submit button on the sign up form, you can click the “Start Giving Feedback!” button. Additionally, you will receive an email and/or text message inviting you to click on a link to get started generating funds for your cause. 


    Once you’ve hit the link, you can choose ANY brand and share about ANY experience you have had in the last six months. Select the brand by searching for it in the search bar, or find it by category. 


    After you’ve found a brand, provide your opinion using our simple and fun, one-minute emoji-based system.  Please only submit honest feedback on actual experiences you’ve had – this allows us to create the most trusted insights anywhere.   


    Repeat this process on a variety of companies to create more impact for your cause! Throughout the program, you’ll receive email and/or text reminders to do so. 

  • I signed up but I can’t find my welcome email and/or text. What should I do?

    Sometimes, our emails are filtered into promotional, spam, junk or other folders, so we would recommend checking these for your welcome email and/or adding : causes@hundredxinc.com  to your contacts to avoid this issue.   


  • How do I start creating value for my cause?

    After you receive your welcome email and/or text, you can click on the link present in either option to start giving feedback. That link will take you to our main feedback page, where you can pick companies and brands to share your opinions on. Each piece of qualifying feedback you share helps support your cause!   

  • I’ve shared my opinions. How do I know how many pieces of feedback I’ve given?

    When you click on the link to give feedback in a reminder text or email, you will be brought to the main feedback page where you can either search for a brand or find it in one of the categories. The feedback count at the top of the page will contain your current number of pieces of feedback submitted. You can also find your feedback count in any reminder messages (emails or texts) that you decide to receive from HundredX Causes.

  • How will I know if I have reached the maximum?  

    You will receive an email and/or text to notify you. You can also check by examining the feedback count at the top of the main feedback page (this is where you choose the companies you want to give feedback on). Once you have reached your maximum, you will no longer receive email reminders.    

  • How do I invite others to participate in the cause I'm supporting?

    We encourage you to invite your network to provide feedback to support your cause! You can send the sign-up link or text code (i.e. text GOOD to 90412) to your friends and family at any time throughout the program!


    Please DO NOT forward your personal reminder emails or texts from HundredX, as those contain your personalized feedback link.


    Participants must be 18 years or older and living in the United States. 


  • Can friends and family outside of the U.S. participate in the program?

    Currently, only people 18 years and older in the United States can participate in HundredX Causes programs. 

  • What do you do with my personal information? 

    HundredX is fully committed to maintaining your confidential information. For all feedback providers, we DO NOT share any personal information with external parties, send advertisements or offers, or ask you to purchase any product. We also do not share your personal information (e.g., name and/or email address) with the cause that you are supporting or the organization through which you are participating without your consent, which you can elect to provide (or withhold) at sign-up.

  • How can I opt-out of the program? 

    If you would like to unsubscribe from email reminders, you can hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any one of our emails. If you want to unsubscribe from text reminders, you are able to reply “STOP” at any time. If you do opt-out, the feedback you provided before opting out will still create value for the organization you signed up to support.

Have a question about HundredX Causes and how the program works?

  • How much does it cost for our organization to participate in a HundredX Causes™ campaign?

    There is not a cost associated with participating in a HundredX Causes campaign nor is there a minimum feedback requirement your organization must meet to receive funding.

  • How soon can we expect to receive the payment from our program?

    Once your program concludes, the HundredX team will work to qualify and finalize your program feedback count.  You can expect to receive payment within 60 days of your program end date.

       


  • How do I introduce an organization to HundredX Causes™?

    Please fill out the interest form at the bottom of the page or register for an upcoming information session.

Data security and privacy is paramount to HundredX

What does HundredX do with the data?

HundredX anonymizes the feedback given based on demographic information provided during sign-up. From there, HundredX conducts outcome-based analyses and generates valuable insights on company and brand performance across multiple demographics.

What HundredX does not do with feedback.

HundredX does not share or sell the contact information of participants with external parties or try to sell participants products or services.  The information collected from supporters is voluntarily provided by them upon signing up for a HundredX Causes campaign and is never publicly associated with their opinions on brands or businesses.
