Expresit Giveaway Winners
Hollie and Greg are no rookies to the Bridgestone Arena, where the Nashville Predators NHL team plays each season. They travel to Nashville, TN several times a season to cheer on their favorite hockey team with family and friends.

However, last fall, Hollie and Greg had a somewhat frustrating experience, trying to navigate and coordinate a larger party through the arena. What could have become a negative fan experience was quickly remediated by one exemplary Nashville Predators employee: Michael.

“Michael was a bright spot on our trip to Bridgestone Arena… He was friendly, warm, and changed the tone of our visit,” said Hollie.

Hollie explained how Michael took the extra time and energy to escort them through the arena, and took special care to ensure that the remainder of their “Smashville” experience was a positive one.

Hollie was so touched by Michael’s wonderful customer service, that she decided to use the Expresit app to recognize and honor Michael as an everyday hero.

We are proud & excited to announce that Michael & Hollie are our November Expresit Monthly Giveaway winners!

“I’m so glad that Michael is going to get recognized, because he made our whole party feel like a million bucks”, said Hollie.

Hollie, who has worked in customer service for her entire career, told the Expresit team how much she values good customer service. According to Hollie, “Customer service will always be important to me because it's one of the ways that human beings can connect and make moments more special.”

Thank you, Michael, for creating such special moments through your commitment to great service. And thank you to our heromaker, Hollie, for having the courage to recognize Michael’s stand-out efforts.

We here at Expresit are honored to continue to recognize and reward everyday heroes like Michael through our monthly Expresit Giveaway.
