Donovan’s Partners with HundredX to Elevate Customer and Employee Experience

SAN DIEGO, CA, {November 13, 2015} – Donovan’s Steak & Chop House announced today an innovative strategic partnership with San Diego-based HundredX, the award winning creator of Express Feedback® and the Expresit App. The unique program will drive Donovan’s customer and associate engagement and recognition programs. Expresit, a mobile app that incorporates Express Feedback® technology, allows consumers to provide quick, real-time feedback on any business including all three Donovan’s locations.

As part of their commitment to the program, Donovan’s will be giving away a dinner for two to two customers every month for providing feedback via the Expresit app. They will also be recognizing and awarding an employee weekly based on positive feedback received from either a customer or fellow colleague via the program.

Donovan’s will be able to respond to feedback in real-time as well as view aggregated, crowd-sourced diagnostics from their most important stakeholders- employees and customers.
