Rod Litton purchased tickets to attend the Country Rising fundraising concert at Bridgestone Arena to benefit the victims of the major hurricanes and the Las Vegas shooting of 2017. Seeing it as an opportunity to support an important cause as well as give his wife a once-in-a-lifetime surprise, he splurged for front row seats and access to the Lexus Lounge.
While in line waiting for the doors to open to the arena, Rod was distraught when he discovered he made a purchasing error and had only purchased one Lexus Lounge pass. Scrambling to remedy the issue he frantically went to the ticket office but was told the Lexus Lounge was sold out! The person at the ticket window suggested I try Ticketmaster, which I did. I had a hard time getting a phone number and then couldn't get through.
He desperately searched old emails and found one from Bridgestone Arena Lexus Lounge that ended with, “Please call Whitney Snyder with any questions and enjoy the show!” Rod called Whitney, explained the problem. She said she’d take care of it, then met him at the box office, sold him a ticket and saved the day!
Rod said, “I’m not sure she realizes what a weight she lifted from me when she resolved that for me. I appreciated so much the way she just handled it. To her it was like no big deal, but for me it was huge! I was fortunate to have met her!”
