“Better Call Saul” Is Not Just a TV Show: It’s Also What This Customer Would Advise for Anyone Looking to Buy a New Car

Purchasing a car can be a stressful experience. For some, it is the largest purchase they’ve ever made; and for others, it’s stressful because of the “dreaded care salesman” experience that so many people fear.

But for Sheryl, an Expresit app user & our January Expresit Heromaker, her car purchasing experience at Mossy Nissan of Oceanside was actually “enjoyable”, all thanks to everyday hero, Saul Ocampos.

Saul is a young veteran. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 12 years, and has been with Mossy Nissan of Oceanside since fall 2016.

Sheryl met Saul when she went to Mossy Nissan to look for a new car. “I can't say enough good things about Saul,” said Sheryl. “He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy going, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He took time to talk to us about other cars that might also meet our needs, yet never made us feel uncomfortable.”

When interviewed by the Expresit team, Sheryl explained how she believes the digital world lacks human contact, which is why she used our app to “acknowledge real people” such as Saul.

We are proud to award our everyday hero, Saul, and our heromaker, Sheryl with $1,000 to share, as a way to honor such individuals who provide & recognize exceptional customer service.

It is individuals like Saul, who make a consumer experience positive, enjoyable, and comfortable, that we seek to recognize & reward.
